All cases are handled as a flat fee. We do not handle cases on a retainer, nor do we bill on an hourly basis. Our firm charges a minimum fee. The more complex the case, the more expensive. Costs associated with the litigation are in addition to the attorneys fees. Payment in full is generally required at the time of engagement. The firm accepts a bank check, cashier's check, and bank wire. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal are also accepted, but merchant fees will apply. We do not accept cash. |
